“International Conference: The War Question for Feminism” Conference
funded by Vetenskaprådet and Riksbanken Jubeliumsfond (Dr Erika Svedberg, Dr Annica Kronsell, Prof Anna Jónasdóttir, Prof Jeff Hearn)
In September 2008, an international conference was organized by Erika Svedberg (Örebro University) and Annica Kronsell (Lund University), titled 'The War Question for Feminism. Gender Aspects on Militaries, Armed Conflict and Peacekeeping.' At the conference 32 senior and junior researchers from 12 different countries presented their work.

is a Collaborative joint networking project funded by Vetenskapsrådet and South African Research Council, led by Professor Jeff Hearn and Professor Robert Morrell, University of Cape Town, South Africa, with colleagues in Karlstad, Stockholm and Uppsala Universities, Sweden, and University of KwaZuluNatal and Medical Research Council, South Africa, 2009-2013.
